Our company's carbon/carbon composite crucible preparation technology has won the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Hunan Province.
On February 28, 2015, the annual Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Awards Conference was held in Changsha. Our company’s project, "Key Technologies and Applications for Preparing Carbon/Carbon Composite Crucibles," won the First Prize of the 2014 Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Carbon/carbon composite crucibles are core components in thermal systems used in solar photovoltaic, semiconductor, and other high-temperature metallurgy fields. After five years of intensive research and development, our company has successfully created this innovative product, securing 11 national patents and formulating one industry standard. Some of the technologies involved are entirely new to the domestic market, and the overall technological level of the product has reached an internationally leading position. Currently, this product is already being widely adopted in large-scale applications within both domestic and international solar photovoltaic industries.

The three industry standards spearheaded by the company have been approved.
According to a notification from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, the three standards—YS/T977-2014 "Insulation Cylinder Made of Carbon/Carbon Composite for Single-Crystal Furnaces," YS/T978-2014 "Flow Guide Cylinder Made of Carbon/Carbon Composite for Single-Crystal Furnaces," and YS/T982-2014 "U-Shaped Heating Element Made of Carbon/Carbon Composite for Hydrogenation Furnaces"—led by our company in their development, have been officially approved and will be published by the China Standards Publishing House. These standards will come into effect on April 1, 2015 (for details, refer to Announcement [No. 63 of 2014] dated October 14, 2014). Notably, the standard YS/T792-2012 "Carbon/Carbon Composite Crucible for Single-Crystal Furnaces," which was already promulgated and implemented on March 1, 2013, brings the total number of industry standards developed by our company specifically for high-temperature thermal fields used in silicon material preparation to four.
