High-performance, large-size carbon fiber composite crucibles pass technical evaluation.

On March 26, the project "High-Performance Large-Scale Carbon Fiber Composite Crucible and Its Preparation Technology," jointly developed by Hunan KBC Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Central South University, successfully passed the provincial science and technology department's assessment of scientific and technological achievements in Changsha. Academician Huang Boyun, President of Central South University, attended the evaluation meeting.

The carbon/carbon composite crucible for single-crystal silicon pulling furnaces has been included in the National Torch Program project.

Recently, the carbon/carbon composite crucible for our company's single-crystal silicon pulling furnace passed expert review and, with approval from China's Ministry of Science and Technology, was officially included in the "National-Level Torch Program Project." The certificate was awarded by the Ministry of Science and Technology's Torch Center for High-Tech Industrial Development.

The company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Advanced Composite Materials Preparation Industrialization Project" on its newly acquired land.

At 11:28 a.m. on August 22, 2005, the company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Industrialization Project of Advanced Composite Material Preparation" at the newly acquired site. Attendees included Academician Huang Boyun from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Wang Keming, Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Qiu Guanzhou, Vice President of Central South University, Xu Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Central South University, Jiang Zuobin, Secretary of the Yiyang Municipal Party Committee, and Wu Jianguo, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Yiyang Municipal People's Congress—along with other provincial and municipal leaders, as well as heads of various functional departments from the Yiyang Municipal Government.
