Product Description:

Carbon/carbon fasteners are critical components of the thermal system in photovoltaic single-crystal silicon growth furnaces, connecting parts such as crucibles and heaters under high-temperature conditions ranging from 1600 to 1800°C.

Thanks to their low coefficient of thermal expansion, carbon/carbon fasteners can absorb the mechanical stresses caused by thermal cycling. Additionally, since their thermal conductivity is lower than that of graphite materials, they help minimize heat loss and effectively resist chemical erosion from molten silicon at high temperatures.
