On the morning of December 22, 2009, Academician Huang Boyun, Honorary Chairman of the company and President of Central South University, visited KBC for inspection and guidance, accompanied by relevant officials from the university's Science and Technology Association and the university office. Academician Huang listened to the company’s general manager’s work report, toured the company’s production line construction site, and encouraged KBC to strive for innovation, contributing to the development of China’s civilian C/C composite materials industry as well as the nation’s economic growth and infrastructure projects.
