KBC Shares' private placement project successfully launched.
On July 28, KBC Shares (stock code: 688598) completed the share registration procedures at the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository & Clearing Corporation Limited for its issuance of shares to specific investors, successfully concluding this round of financing. The issuance involved 11,629,285 shares at an issue price of RMB 266.81 per share, raising a total of RMB 3.10292 billion. This private placement attracted active participation and strong recognition from numerous investment institutions and individual investors, ultimately resulting in 11 designated subscribers. Among them, Ruoyuan Fund Management Co., Ltd. subscribed for 2,773,509 shares, investing a total of RMB 740 million, making it the largest single investor in this offering.
