Bipolar plates for flow batteries

Product Description:

The key component connecting the positive and negative electrodes in a fuel cell directly influences battery efficiency, lifespan, and cost. A carbon composite material has been engineered to achieve an improved conductivity of 5 × 10⁻⁵ Ω·cm. Additionally, advanced electrolyte management is implemented through optimized channel designs that ensure uniform electrolyte distribution while minimizing dead zones. To enhance thermal performance, the system incorporates an auxiliary cooling mechanism that helps maintain the battery’s operating temperature. Finally, conductive layers are strategically placed to connect adjacent electrodes, enabling efficient, directional electron flow throughout the stack.
