　　On the morning of April 19, 2010, He Xiuming, Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, led a delegation of five members to KBC for a research visit focused on industry-academia collaboration and the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. Wang Lianzhi, Vice Mayor of Yiyang City, along with Li Jingsong, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and other relevant officials, accompanied the delegation during the visit.
　　KBC General Manager provided a detailed report on the company’s development progress, its industry-academia-research collaboration initiatives, patent activities, and the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. Vice Director He expressed full recognition and high praise for KBC’s efforts in industry-academia-research integration and technological innovation, while encouraging KBC to leverage its unique strengths in independent innovation and further advance the "Industry-Academia-Research Integrated Technology Innovation Project," as well as continue excelling in turning scientific and technological breakthroughs into practical applications.
