After preliminary screening, on-site inspections, and organized evaluations conducted by the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Office, our company, along with 26 other organizations, has been approved as one of the "Fourth Batch of Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Advantage Cultivation Enterprises."
Developing and nurturing enterprises with intellectual property advantages is a crucial initiative to implement the national intellectual property strategy and the Implementation Outline of Hunan Province's Intellectual Property Strategy. In recent years, our company has placed great emphasis on intellectual property efforts, establishing an Intellectual Property Management Committee chaired by the General Manager and systematically improving our IP-related systems. As of September 2010, our company had filed 36 patent applications, including 11 invention patents and 3 PCT patents; among these, 23 patents have already been granted, comprising 5 invention patents and 18 utility model patents.
During the four-year period of cultivating enterprises with intellectual property advantages, the company will diligently implement the national, provincial, and municipal intellectual property strategy outlines, faithfully completing all tasks outlined in the relevant management measures and requirements. We will integrate the company’s intellectual property strategy with its overall business development strategy, formulating a long-term IP development plan to enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness. By actively executing our intellectual property strategy—driving innovation and leveraging IP to strengthen the business—we aim to significantly boost the company’s brand recognition, markedly bolster its competitive edge, and extend product lifecycles. Ultimately, this will enable us to contribute meaningfully to both the company’s success and the robust, high-quality growth of Hunan’s economy.
