On May 25, Zheng Congwei, Vice President of XPeng Aero Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as XPeng Aero), along with Huang Jinteng, General Manager of the Automotive Center, and Yan Lei, Director of Chassis R&D—totaling seven members of the delegation—visited our company for an inspection and research visit. The company’s Chairman, General Manager, and relevant executives from KBC Carbon Ceramics also participated in the exchange activities.
Participants from both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion and exchange on the application of high-performance carbon-ceramic brake materials in next-generation aircraft and new-energy vehicles. They also summarized the preliminary development work conducted by KBC Carbon-Ceramic Brake Materials for XPeng Huitian's new vehicle models, while simultaneously outlining the next steps for further applications.
After the meeting, the delegation toured the company’s product showroom and production facilities, gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s corporate culture, its full range of product lines, and related solutions. The delegation highly praised the company for its expertise in the field of carbon-based composite materials and its leading position in the industry, expressing their hope for deepened collaboration between the two sides to jointly advance the application of carbon-based composites in next-generation aircraft and new-energy vehicles.
