On December 22, Professor Cheng Aiguo, Chairman of Hunan Huda Aisheng Automotive Technology Development Co., Ltd., and his delegation visited KBC Shares. During the visit, both parties engaged in an in-depth discussion on the application of carbon/ceramic composite materials in the transportation sector. Following the fruitful exchange, Hunan KBC Carbon-Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd.—a wholly-owned subsidiary of KBC Shares—and Hunan Huda Aisheng Automotive Technology Development Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Under the agreement, the two companies will leverage their respective strengths in automotive technology and advanced material manufacturing, focusing on collaborative R&D and product development in areas such as intelligent chassis system integration for new-energy electric vehicles, wire-controlled braking systems, and the promotion and application of innovative carbon/ceramic composite brake materials. Specifically, they will jointly advance comprehensive cooperation in business areas including lightweighting of chassis braking systems, NVH optimization, cutting-edge brake system structural design, and performance simulation. By sharing resources and complementing each other’s advantages, the two companies aim to pioneer new channels for automotive component materials and technologies, while also establishing a fresh model of technological collaboration in the industry.
