On May 15, 2019, Guo Shundong, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Yiyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, along with Zhang Xiandun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Yiyang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and other members of the delegation, visited KBC Shares to present the company’s trade union with the prestigious "National Model Workers' Home" plaque and extend their warm congratulations.
The honorary title of "National Model Workers' Home" was established by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. It is the highest honor bestowed upon outstanding collectives within the national trade union system, and also represents the nation's highest recognition of grassroots trade union work.
The award of the "National Model Workers' Home" title is not only an encouragement but also a source of motivation to strive harder. Moving forward, the company's trade union will further refine its internal rules and regulations, enhance its physical facilities, and effectively implement policies that benefit workers.
