2018 On the afternoon of September 19, Liao Tao, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the National Intellectual Property Administration, led a delegation to visit and inspect KBC. They were accompanied by leaders including Duan Zhixiong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau; Huang Donghong, Vice Mayor of the Yiyang Municipal People's Government; and Yang Yaowu, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.
