  The "KINGBO" brand carbon/carbon composite flow guide tube is a patented product developed by our company using our proprietary technology (Patent No.: ZL200810030750.8). It boasts excellent properties such as high specific strength, exceptional high-temperature resistance, superb corrosion resistance, outstanding thermal shock resilience, and strong ability to withstand external mechanical damage. Moreover, the bidirectional density gradient feature of the carbon/carbon composite flow guide tube not only ensures superior erosion resistance but also provides excellent thermal insulation performance, making it the ideal next-generation upgrade for graphite flow guide tubes (thermal shields) used in single-crystal furnaces.

III. Maximum Operating Temperature:
  In air, the product's maximum operating temperature is 370°C; under vacuum conditions, the maximum operating temperature is 2300°C; and in a protective atmosphere, the product can withstand up to 2500°C.
 
IV. Important Notes:
  1. Before using the product, it must be loaded into the furnace for no-load calcination. The recommended calcination process is:
  ① During calcination, adopt a stepwise heating method and do not introduce argon gas at low temperatures;
  ② Calcination temperature > 1600℃ (or calcination power exceeds the melting power by approximately 5 kW);
  ③ Calcination time is (4–8) hours;
  ④ The calcination process is carried out (1–3) times. During multiple baking cycles, any impurities that may have adhered to the furnace or the material being calcined during the previous firing must be thoroughly cleaned before proceeding with the next calcination.
  2. During installation, ensure that the inner and outer surfaces of products such as carbon/carbon diffuser tubes are thoroughly cleaned and placed securely and evenly.
  3. Although the carbon/carbon composite guide tube is significantly stronger than the graphite one, it remains a brittle material—so please avoid forceful impacts and drops.
