  The "KINGBO" brand carbon/carbon composite fasteners are proprietary products developed by our company using our own patented technologies (Patent Nos.: ZL200720063746.2, ZL200810030470.7). They boast exceptional performance characteristics such as high specific strength, excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, minimal thermal expansion, superior thermal shock resistance, and an extended service life—making them the ideal upgrade and replacement option for both high-purity isostatically pressed graphite fasteners and high-temperature metal fasteners like tungsten and molybdenum.

III. Maximum Operating Temperature:
  In air, the product's maximum operating temperature is 370°C; under vacuum conditions, the maximum operating temperature is 2300°C; and in a protective atmosphere, the product can withstand temperatures up to 2500°C.
 
IV. Important Notes:
1. After the carbon-carbon nut comes into contact with the fastened component, it must make uniform contact, and its contact area should exceed the cross-sectional area of the carbon-carbon nut.
2. First, install the screw into place, and then tighten the nut;
3. When tightening the nut, ensure that the nut remains coaxial with the screw and must not be skewed.
4. Manually and gently turn the nut; if you encounter resistance, there may be an issue with coaxial alignment or other abnormalities. Please eliminate the issue before proceeding.
5. After fully threading the nut onto the screw, gently shake the nut. If there is noticeable wobbling, it indicates a problem with the clearance and the assembly should not be used. If there’s no obvious wobbling, manually tighten the nut lightly.
6. After manually tightening, gently reverse the fastener by about one-third of a turn, depending on the amount of expansion, to compensate for thermal expansion under high temperatures.
7. For carbon-carbon nuts used in environments with significant vibration, it is recommended to use them in pairs.
8. Carbon/carbon composite fasteners are significantly stronger than graphite fasteners, but they remain brittle materials. Therefore, avoid forceful impacts and drops to prevent thread damage or stripping.
