Drawing from his personal growth journey, Comrade Huang shared his insights into the "science and technology innovation" principles outlined in the report of the 20th Party Congress, reaffirming his unwavering commitment to using technology for national rejuvenation. He emphasized the importance of continuously embracing the spirit of craftsmanship, taking it upon himself to develop more advanced and superior production processes. With the ultimate goal of boosting domestic production and self-reliance rates, he pledged to forge ahead on the path toward achieving high-level scientific and technological independence and self-strengthening.
